Pets must be caged and sedated. Follow train conductor indications. In addition, once on board, the passenger must pay a transportation fee ($2,000). The pet and container together must not weight more than 6 kg. One pet per passenger; must remain crated at all times. Containers limited to maximum dimensions of 60cm x 35cm x 35cm; must include a pet waste pan.

Seeing-eye dogs are an exception. Seeing-eye dogs may travel in TerraSur passenger compartments free of charge according to current legislation. Must be properly harnessed and muzzled, when necessary.

Responsibility: The owner is solely responsible for any damage caused by his or her animal. In addition, he or she must fully meet all sanitary requirements. Up-to-date vaccinations records must be submitted for cats and dogs.
